EPI Technician for Bucheon site

Support epitaxy (EPI) wafer processing and daily fab operations. Work with engineers to ensure stable process, data collection, and product quality.

Operate EPI equipment and run wafer processes Monitor process conditions and lot status Collect and summarize process and measurement data Perform basic wafer inspection (visual, measurement) Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities

Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor, Electronics, or related field Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication Good teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment Preferred Internship or experience in semiconductor fab Knowledge of Epitaxy / CVD process Basic data analysis skills
