Investment Associate, IB AWA Region

To assist in leading the execution of investment banking transactions for EDC Ghana’s corporate, financial institution and public sector clients across the AWA Region including mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and strategic advisory and contribute actively to origination The Associate is expected to own transaction workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision, to review and challenge the work of Analysts before it leaves the team, and to be a credible day-to-day counterpart for clients, investors and advisers.
