Strategic Sales Performance Coach

About the role

Cartrack is hiring a Strategic 1:1 Performance Coach for sales teams. This is not motivational coaching—it's psychology-informed coaching using NLP and language techniques to spot blind spots and replace unhelpful thinking/communication patterns. You’ll coach reps across the entire sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, positioning, objections, negotiation, closing, and account development) so each session ends with clear, practical next step s they can apply immediately to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular 1:1 coaching to selected sales team members.
• Develop stronger strategic and commercial thinking around sales opportunities, challenges, and priorities.
• Challenge assumptions and identify patterns that may be limiting performance or decision-making.
• Use NLP and language-based coaching techniques to identify unhelpful framing, assumptions, or behavioral patterns and reframe them into more productive approaches.
• Help individuals move beyond tactical problem-solving toward more strategic sales thinking.
• Challenge individuals constructively and provide an objective external perspective.
• Ensure every session results in clear, practical and measurable actions.
• Support stronger decision-making, prioritization, communication, confidence, and execution.
• Help sales professionals identify opportunities and approaches they may not have considered independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology
• Proven experience as a performance, business, executive, or sales coach.
• Strong commercial and strategic business acumen.
• Formal NLP training and/or significant practical experience using NLP techniques.
• Experience coaching sales professionals, sales leaders, or commercial teams.
• Excellent questioning, listening, and communication skills.
• A direct, challenging, and constructive coaching style.
• A strong focus on turning insight into practical business outcomes.
