  • of project financial controls like rate analysis, cash flow, fund flow,
  • budgets etc.,
  • In-depth
  • understanding of commercial contracting, contracting concepts and categories
  • and dispute resolution
  • Knowledge

of quality standards to be followed

  • Knowledge

of IS codal guidance pertaining to Civil and Finishing works

  • Review of

rate analysis and convince the contractors for their acceptance.

  • Strong
  • knowledge in planning, scheduling and resource planning especially in Civil
  • contract work and implementing those in costing.

Responsibilities

  • Vetting quantity

  • Vetting Work

Order, PO in line with the approval.

  • Arrange

tender negotiation meetings with Vendors/ Contractors.

  • Coordinate
  • with the Projects team to understand the technical requirements, oversee the
  • release of request for quotation/ enquiry, receipt of quotations from
  • vendors.
  • Coordinate
  • with the external/ internal consultants to review the general tender document
  • prepared by the respective consultant and customize it as per the specific
  • requirement
  • Provide
  • support to the site Contracts & QS team in smooth closure of the
  • contract, in the documentation and handover to the site operations team.
  • Organize
  • commercial negotiation meetings and ensure best possible terms of procurement
  • and thus obtain commercial concurrence.
  • Ensure
  • timely preparation of Purchase Order containing technical specifications,
  • price, applicable quality standards, quantity, and delivery schedule.
  • Ensure
  • proper documentation across all stages of the procurement operations for
  • respective categories and provide
  • updates/ reports as and when requested by the Senior Management
