If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve reliable production systems at <Socure.You>’ll work across AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and observability, partnering closely with engineering teams to improve the reliability and scalability of our platforms.We’re looking for engineers with strong technical foundations who are curious, take ownership, learn quickly, and want to grow their expertise in Site Reliability Engineering.What You’ll DoBuild, operate, and improve production infrastructure on AWSWork with Kubernetes/EKS-based applications and platformsManage and automate infrastructure using TerraformBuild and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflowsAutomate repetitive operational work using Python, Go, or scriptingMonitor and troubleshoot production systems using metrics, logs, traces, and alertsParticipate in on-call, incident response, RCA, and long-term remediationContribute to SLIs/SLOs and reliability improvementsIdentify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiencyWork closely with application, platform, security, and other engineering teamsWhat We are Looking For2–4 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related engineering roleGood hands-on experience with AWSStrong understanding of Linux and networking fundamentalsHands-on experience with Kubernetes; EKS experience is preferredExperience with Terraform or Infrastructure as CodeExposure to CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCDExperience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similarAbility to automate using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languagesSocure is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms within our company.
