Care Assistant- (Lyminge, Etchinghill, Elham)

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters — helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.

You’ll be supporting older adults with things like

• Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence
• Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely
• Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks
• Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
• Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face
• Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate

• No Experience? No Problem!
• You don’t need previous care experience — we’ll train, support, and cheer you on from day one.

We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude. For example

What You’ll Need

• Right to work in the UK
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Clear English and good communication skills
