About The Role

Join Cyera, a leading cybersecurity company, as the Vice President of Product Marketing. In this role, you will lead all aspects of product marketing and competitive intelligence, shaping the platform narrative, driving market-moving launches, enabling the field and partners, and managing analyst relations. You will report directly to the CMO and be a core member of the marketing leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a business leader with a strong product marketing background to make a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Lead all aspects of product marketing and competitive intelligence, including platform story, launches, campaigns, and field enablement.
  • Define and build the messaging architecture for the Cyera AI Trust platform and its portfolios, ensuring alignment with buyer pain and customer proof.
  • Translate the product roadmap into a tiered launch engine, coordinating compelling launch narratives and integrated campaigns.
  • Exceptional people leadership. You’ve hired, coached, and scaled senior product marketing teams, and a reputation that draws great people to want to join you
  • A launch track record. You’ve repeatedly turned roadmaps into launches and campaigns that moved the market and the number — and you can show the receipts
  • A business leader’s mindset. You think in pipeline, win rates, and ARR — not deliverables — and you’ve co-owned revenue outcomes with product and GTM leadership before
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience. You know the buyers, the ecosystem, the analysts, and the competitive chessboard — and you’re already credible in the room with CXO and security architects
  • Analyst relations experience, with examples of moving the needle on Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, or category definition
  • Enablement chops. You’ve built enablement programs that measurably changed how a field organization sells
  • Technical strength. You can go deep on how the products actually work — data security, AI and agent security, identity — hold your own with Product and Engineering, and translate architecture into advantage
  • Exceptional storytelling. You craft narratives that make complex technology feel inevitable, and you’re a hands-on writer and editor — you can produce the narrative yourself when needed, not just direct others to
  • 15+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B software, with a track record of leading product marketing at scale — multiple products, multiple audiences, high-growth environments
  • Operating principles that match ours —push boundaries, own and act, elevate together — and a leadership style that matches ours: model, coach, care
