Junior People Operations Partner

In this role, you will be responsible for various people operations processes, benefits and payroll administration, HRIS management, people data and reporting, process improvement and automation, and managing employee queries. • Core People Operations Processes: Onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and right to work.
• Benefits and Payroll Administration: Benefits enrolment, employee changes, and monthly payroll inputs.
• HRIS Management: Maintaining and updating our HRIS (HiBob), people data, and policy documentation.
