About The Role
Join Justworks as a Candidate Experience Coordinator for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, overseeing the background check process, managing job postings, preparing offer letters, arranging travel for candidates, and supporting recruiting events. You will also maintain data integrity, support TA enablement projects, pilot AI and automation tools, contribute to KPI reporting, build and maintain documentation, drive process improvements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Orchestrate and manage a high volume of interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates and hiring teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Oversee the background check process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion, while maintaining meticulous records.

- Previous experience in Staffing, Recruiting or HR required
- Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment
- Past experience working with ATS or CRM products required
