Legal Counsel, Commercial & Data

Join Signal, a leading group of companies in commercial shipping. As a Legal Counsel, Commercial & Data, you will manage the Group's commercial contracting and data licensing work, negotiate major agreements, and support the VP Legal on various strategic initiatives. You will need to have at least 5 years of experience in B2B commercial contracting, with a focus on SaaS, technology, or data licensing.

• Manage drafting, review, and negotiation of the Group's B2B agreements, including SaaS and subscription terms, enterprise contracts, order forms, vendor and procurement agreements, NDAs, and similar commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate data supply, licensing, redistribution, and API agreements, working with product and data teams to ensure contract terms match how data is actually used.
• Advise across the commercial lifecycle of the Group's SaaS and API products, and take a leading role in developing and maintaining the relevant contracting framework.
