Junior Legal Counsel, Corporate & Compliance

Join Signal, a group of companies in the commercial shipping industry. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for corporate governance, entity management, KYC and regulatory compliance processes, privacy operations, and the wider compliance framework across various jurisdictions. You will report to the VP Legal and work closely with Finance, HR, Information Security, and external counsel.

• Run day-to-day corporate administration for Group entities, maintaining corporate records, UBO and officer information, board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings and annual obligations.
• Support the VP Legal on restructurings, incorporations, dissolutions, post-acquisition integrations and intercompany reorganizations, owning documentation and deadlines across workstreams.
• Be a key Legal contact for KYC and sanctions matters, reviewing available information, coordinating relevant screening processes, handling counterparty queries, supporting risk-based decisions on onboarding.
