• Oversight of maritime, technology, and investment activities, including financial reporting and compliance.
• Reviewing subsidiaries’ financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with group policies.
• Updating and improving financial processes, designing policies and internal controls, and monitoring compliance.
