About The Role

Evolv is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Programs to lead the delivery of their quote-to-cash and financial technology stack, including Salesforce and NetSuite. This hands-on role requires strong project management skills, experience with enterprise technology programs, and the ability to navigate a high-growth, high-accountability environment. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Strategic Programs and work closely with various departments, including Finance, IT, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Service & Deployment.

  • Lead the delivery of enterprise system initiatives across Salesforce and NetSuite, including the integration layer between systems of record.
  • Coordinate delivery across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting and configuration, contract amendments, renewals, rentals, certified pre-owned, asset lifecycle management, order management, billing, and revenue reporting.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, dependencies, resources, and budget, and run a live RAID log to manage scope and change formally.
  • Can you take an enterprise system initiative from a whiteboard to a stable go-live — and own the date?
  • Experience running structured cutover and hypercare, including go/no-go decision-making under time pressure
  • Hands-on delivery experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite, including integration between systems of record
  • Demonstrated ownership of a full delivery lifecycle through go-live and stabilization — accountability for a date, not project reporting alone
  • Proven experience managing external system integrators and vendor statements of work, including change orders and delivery escalation
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, high-accountability environment requiring both structured planning and hands-on execution
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology programs, including at least three years on ERP, CRM, or quote-to-cash implementations
  • Strong written communication and executive presence — you can write a status report an executive reads once and understands, and hold your position in a room of senior stakeholders
  • Working fluency in business finance: order-to-cash, billing, cost allocation, budget tracking, and how system decisions land in the financial statements
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365, and comfort building executive-ready reporting
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ delivery experience, or NetSuite implementation experience
  • Background in a public-company finance or accounting environment, including awareness of SOX-relevant process and controls
  • Experience in a high-growth environment where process was being built while it was being used (strongly preferred)
  • Hardware, manufacturing, or asset-intensive business exposure — rentals, service, installed base, or asset lifecycle (highly valuable)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification, or a formal Agile delivery background
