Maintain tester functionality. DV the testers systematically. Convert Tester as per production and planner triggering. Assist new tester setup. Assist tester GRR. Housing keeping for all testers related. Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance with the Quality Policy. Module Tester line sustaining Ensure all tester operating minimize test equipment down time. Responsible for the periodic DV of tester. Improve test setup ergonomic and test operating efficiency thru elimination, simplification, integration and automation approaches. Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Elimination, minimizing over rejection on tester, improve performance of tester, etc. Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. SPC monitoring of tester performance.
