About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in supporting both sustaining products and new product design transfers in a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will lead and support manufacturing process development, fixture and tooling design, process validation, and continuous improvement efforts—serving as a technical bridge between design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and applying sound engineering judgment to ensure manufacturability, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
  • Support Design Transfer from development through production.
  • Participate and/or lead design and manufacturing change control activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues using root cause and failure analysis.
  • Support process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers on improvements.
  • Lead DFM/DFA activities to ensure efficient, high‑quality manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical Engineering , or related field.
  • Manufacturing Engineering experience, preferably in medical devices or a regulated industry (this role is open to new grad engineers with meaningful intern experience)
  • Experience with design control, process validation, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
