Business Development Manager - Government Sales

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise software sales for a fast-growing technology solutions company in Dhaka . You will manage the tender-to-close cycle for software and digital transformation deals, working closely with government agencies and procurement stakeholders through e-GP and other public procurement channels. Tasks Identify and track government tenders, RFPs, and e-GP opportunities relevant to software and digital transformation Manage the bid-to-close cycle, coordinating with pre-sales , bid management, and delivery teams Prepare and support technical and commercial proposal submissions through e-GP and other government portals Navigate government procurement rules , tender evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements Own revenue targets for the government vertical and forecast pipeline accurately Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, tender briefings, and public sector events Maintain CRM records and report on bid win and loss performance Requirements A proven record of supporting or closing government or public sector deals Strong experience in software or technology solution sales, with hands-on exposure to government bidding through e-GP or similar portals A proven record of carrying and hitting a sales quota Working understanding of public procurement processes, tender evaluation , and compliance Strong proposal writing and presentation skills Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla An existing network within Bangladesh's government and public sector procurement ecosystem Benefits Salary: BDT 120,000 (negotiable based on experience) Profit share Yearly salary review 2 festival bonuses Service benefit Excellent work environment Learning opportunities Fast career growth Global exposure Innovation-driven culture Employment Type: Full-time Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site) Industry: Information Technology / Software Solutions
