Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise software sales for a fast-growing technology solutions company in Dhaka . You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, selling software and digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients, banks, telecom operators, and large corporates . Tasks Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and corporate accounts Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels Present software and digital transformation solutions to C-level and decision-making stakeholders Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from first meeting to contract closure Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to shape winning proposals Negotiate commercial terms and manage account growth for repeat and upsell revenue Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene Stay current on market trends and competitor movement in enterprise software Requirements An existing network within Bangladesh's enterprise and corporate ICT buyers Strong experience in software or technology solution sales , ideally with an enterprise software vendor, SaaS company, or systems integrator A proven record of carrying and hitting a sales quota Comfort selling into enterprise, banking, telecom, or large corporate accounts Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of CRM tools and structured sales processes Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla Benefits Salary: BDT 120,000 (negotiable based on experience) Profit share Yearly salary review 2 festival bonuses Service benefit Excellent work environment Learning opportunities Fast career growth Global exposure Innovation-driven culture Employment Type: Full-time Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (On-site) Industry: Information Technology / Software Solutions
