What you´ll do Assists in R D for new product introductions of thermally conductive silicone free composites for the eMobility and automotive electronics markets Adhesive formulations, surface treatment applications, particle technology, and liquid dispensable compositions/coatings for new thermal interface products Assist multiple development projects from initiation through hand-off to manufacturing scale-up Translates customer and market feedback into technical specifications and develops product formulations and applicable data packages for specific customers and general market Generates intellectual property in the form of patents, trade secrets, and formulation know-how Contributes actively to a safe work culture by applying and contributing to safety procedures and lab safety systems. Ability to travel up to 10% This is a fully onsite role, requiring the selected candidate to work in the office 5 days per week
