About The Role

The Casino Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional service to internal and external guests while supporting the execution of the property’s Casino Marketing strategy. This role assists the Director of Marketing with the coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions, and day‑to‑day casino marketing operations in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. Starting Pay: $21.00

  • Coordinate and support one or more marketing disciplines, including special events and promotions, player loyalty club operations, casino marketing initiatives, and/or advertising activities.
  • Deliver superior guest service as a guest ‑ facing representative, assisting guests throughout various phases of the guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams by preparing and distributing marketing ‑ related communications and translating information into guest ‑ appropriate messaging.
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of scheduled marketing initiatives, daily events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the deployment and coordination of property contests, including ordering materials, selecting contest items, setting up décor, and facilitating prize drawings.
  • Manage and maintain promotional materials, including signage, décor elements, branded merchandise, and other marketing tools.
  • Serve as event staff for marketing activations, including event setup, contest administration, prize distribution, and enforcement of rules and procedures.
  • Coordinate property activation events with Player Services team members and external promotional agencies as needed.
  • Accurately and timely set up and deploy promotions using the property’s player tracking or marketing systems (e.g., PKMS).
  • Act as a customer experience owner by proactively engaging guests, building relationships, and ensuring positive and memorable interactions.
  • Demonstrate a consistent “Yes, we can” service mindset, prioritizing guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, including drug ‑ and alcohol ‑ free workplace requirements.
  • Perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Colorado Gaming License
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Promotions, Special Events, or a related field preferred but not required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to work in a noisy, busy, and fast ‑ paced casino environment.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
