ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
At the Maintenance Department, we aim to ensure the reliability, durability, and performance of production assets through robust maintenance strategies and continuous technical improvement.
MISSION
In this role, you will
- Ensure quality of maintenance and reliability of physical assets within the production area
- Improve machinery reliability and provide technical support in methods, troubleshooting, maintenance, durability, and reliability
- Define, manage, and optimize maintenance plans and job plans for both internal and external operators
- Support and participate in equipment evolution, upgrades, and automation improvements
- Provide technical expertise on electrical and automation systems to support production continuity
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and external partners to drive sustainable performance improvements
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Automation, Control Engineering, or related fields
- 0 - 5 years of experience in electrical, automation, or control maintenance ( New graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledge of maintenance concepts and structured problem-solving approaches
- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on technical mindset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English
Preferred
- Experience or knowledge in automation and control systems, including PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell), Control systems and PanelView, AC/DC Drives, Motors, Inverters, or HMI systems
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus
