Senior Solar Maintenance Engineer

About The Role
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system failures at customer sites.
- Plan and perform corrective maintenance activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) for electrical and solar power systems.
- Prepare and verify intervention reports and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor solar plant performance, analyze causes of performance degradation, and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring solutions and operational processes.
- Provide regular updates and technical feedback on plant conditions to the engineering team.
- Support the selection, evaluation, and performance improvement of O&M subcontractors.
- Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to company standards and quality requirements.
- Comply with all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
