Ensure alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Track and report on local content performance metrics. Conduct assessments to verify compliance with local content regulations and contractual obligations. Implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of local content strategies and processes. Reporting Team Reporting Designation: Lead of Local Content Discipline Reporting Department: CSCM Excellence Reporting Division: Contracts and Supply Chain Management Direct Subordinate: - Educational qualifications preferred Category: Bachelor’s degree Field specialization: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Required work experience Years of experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the EPC, construction, or oil and gas industry. Required Skills: Knowledge PTK007 Knowledge PERMEN 15 ESDM Knowledge PERMEN 35 Perindustrian Strong knowledge of procurement, tools, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
