Process Engineer

Key Objectives: Provide support to process flow design, reactor condition management, and high-pressure hydrogen test stations along with other work as assigned. The team will engage in ASPEN models and related digital process intensification and design applications of chemical transformation plants. Essential Attributes: Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes through simulations, mass & energy balances, and process diagrams. Support R&D activities, pilot plant trials, and scale-up of new technologies from lab to commercial scale. Conduct process optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement studies. Ensure compliance with process safety, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technology development and commercialization. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support technology transfer to business units. Major Deliverables: 1) Ensure timely delivery of PFD and P&ID in collaboration with vertical leads as part of design engineering team 2) Work with AEM and Alkaline Electrolysis team to finalize KOH filtration and recycling 3) Continuous learning and innovation to meet self-development and training goals 4) Engaging with research leads and senior design engineers with mechanical and electrical systems design 5) Engage with flow battery systems and pilot plant design activities with businesses
