Manual QA Tester (Black Box, API, Multi/Cross Platform, Test Cases)

We are seeking a QA Tester to ensure flawless performance, security, and usability across all digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi‑Platform Testing: Conduct end‑to‑end testing across Scimplify, Scinode, and other company websites.
• Test Strategy: Develop test plans, cases, and automation scripts tailored to each platform’s workflows.
• Automation Frameworks: Implement regression suites using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• API & Data Validation: Test APIs and integrations ensuring data accuracy between platforms.
• Cross‑Browser & Device Testing: Validate compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, and mobile devices.
• Performance & Security: Run load tests, vulnerability checks, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Defect Tracking: Log and manage issues in Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, UX teams, and product managers to deliver bug‑free releases.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Proficiency in defect tracking systems (Jira, Bugzilla).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and communication ability.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of QA experience in web application testing.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus.
