Business Regional Supervisor

About The Role: Supervise and grow business opportunities with new and existing merchants, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, merchant retention, and strengthening relationships with partners to drive revenue and transaction volume targets. What Will You Do: Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with new and existing merchants to achieve TPV & TPT targets. Assist and ensure the successful integration and onboarding process for partners. Retain existing merchants by ensuring they remain active and productive. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and banks. Gather and act on merchant feedback to improve products and services. Understand merchant challenges and identify solutions that better address their needs. Handle administrative tasks, including drafting sales proposals and managing contract renewals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Commercial, Tech Teams) to execute business strategies and merchant satisfaction initiatives.
