Field Executive - Electrical

Role: Field Technician - Electrical Reporting to: Shift In Charge- Electrical Purpose: To perform field-related activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various electrical equipment in the plant as assigned shift Responsibility: Ø Works in plant as per standard operating procedures. Ø Conduct CM activity on daily basis. Ø Provide all type of temporary light/ connection as per request. Ø Providing support for Execution of maintenance job. Ø Providing support for Execution of Preventive maintenance of Motor & Feeder. Ø Providing support for Lighting maintenance & Monsoon protection activity. Ø Providing support for Compliance of UC/Karseva/External & Internal audit points. Ø Providing support during power failure and breakdown periods. Ø Providing support for Execution of MOC job activities. Ø Providing support for Maintain daily, weekly & monthly checklist of CM. Ø Solar Modules washing. Ø Providing support for Thermography Corrective action. Ø Providing support for Telephone/Smoke detector maintenance. Ø Providing support for GIDC pump house & Logistic Park breakdown. Ø Providing support for DG weekly trial. Ø Providing support for Batteries healthiness checking during sequence trial of Fire hydrant equipment. Ø Shift Charge Hand Over/take over. Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering Years of Experience: 2 –5 years of experience in in chemical industries. Knowledge : • Working knowledge of motors, feeders, and electrical panels. • Understanding preventive and corrective maintenance practices. • Familiarity with basic safety standards and plant SOPs. • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. • Exposure to thermography, lighting systems, and monsoon protection measures. • Basic knowledge of telephone systems, smoke detectors, and backup power (DG) systems. • Awareness of compliance requirements during audits and inspections.
