Operations Team Lead - Work Orders

A Scheduling Lead for O&M oversees the planning, coordination, and optimization of all Operations & Maintenance service schedules to ensure efficient deployment of technicians, timely work order completion, and alignment with contractual service level agreements (SLAs).

This role serves as the operational hub between customer service, field operations, and supply chain teams, ensuring accurate scheduling, strategic resource allocation, and consistent delivery of service commitments. The Scheduling Lead also provides team oversight, performance monitoring, and process improvement leadership to enhance overall service execution.
