Your Day-to-Day

Monitor and report social media conversations, mentions, and brand sentiment.
Manage customer inquiries, comments, and community interactions across social media.
Coordinate social media content distribution according to the content calendar.
Identify customer concerns, brand risks, and relevant audience insights for escalation.
Collaborate with relevant PICs to resolve issues and maintain positive brand perception.
Prepare regular social media monitoring and insight reports.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media community behavior.
Experience in social media management, community engagement, or customer service is a plus.
Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized in handling multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
