About The Role

Nofence is a Norwegian scale up who has built the world's first virtual fencing solution for livestock . We are now looking for a Senior Content Producer to own content production across the company: from performance marketing assets, through filming and post-production, to product and tutorial content. Elevate your career with us and be at the forefront of innovation in agricultural technology! About the role This is a genuinely multi-disciplinary role. In a single week you might plan a shoot, cut a campaign video, render a 3D product shot, animate a feature explainer with a designer, and build a reusable template for the marketing team. We are not looking for a specialist in one craft with a passing interest in the others. We need someone who works at a professional level across video, motion, 3D, and graphic design, and who understands what makes content perform on each platform. You will be the person who makes internal production possible. That means working fast, working independently, and building assets that get reused rather than thrown away. You will be able to manage people in the design discipline and work cross functionally with other disciplines. The core aspect of the role Produce onboarding, tutorial, and support video content that helps farmers succeed with Nofence Create 3D renders and product shots for feature releases, sales presentations, and the commercial website Animate assets with our designers for in-app content and the web Build a library of reusable content so every production feeds future work Manage direct reports spar on design process and skill development Performance marketing content Produce platform-aware assets for paid and organic channels: the right hooks, formats, and lengths for each platform Work with the marketing team on campaign content and iterate based on what performs Filming and post-production Plan shoots end to end: briefs, shot lists, locations, logistics Shoot video and photography on location, including seasonal and international shoots Edit, grade, and deliver finished video for multiple formats and channels Surge support During campaign seasons, absorb graphic design peaks alongside the design team In quieter periods, shift capacity to product content, tutorials, and seasonal release material About you You bring extensive professional experience (10+ years) in content production across several of the crafts below, with formal training in a relevant field: 3D modelling and rendering Animation and motion graphics, including 2D illustration animation Video editing, videography, and photography, from shoot planning through final delivery Graphic design at a level where you can produce finished brand assets, not just layouts Content performance strategy: you understand platforms, hooks, and how each channel treats different content types, and you make production decisions accordingly Experience working inside a product context, alongside UX and interaction designers Tools: DaVinci Resolve, the Adobe suite, and Figma We are also looking for someone who is: Comfortable as a one-person production unit: organised, fast, and able to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders without dropping things Happy working in an autonomous, cross-functional team Fluent in English, spoken and written. Our working language is English How you'll work You will be embedded in the team, not briefed from the outside. Your work serves: Marketing: campaign and performance content, filming, brand assets Product and UX: onboarding material, tutorials, feature release content, in-app assets Design: animated assets, surge capacity, shared templates Sales and web: presentations, product renders, website content Because you carry the brand internally, quality and consistency come by default rather than through repeated re-briefing. You will help us start content earlier, iterate faster, and keep the assets we make. About Nofence Managing livestock has always been a challenge. Humanity has tried everything from herding with dogs to walling the animals in with barbed wire, electric, and wooden fences, but these are costly and time-consuming solutions and often in conflict with the local wildlife. It has also left vast areas of potential pasture overgrown and underutilized. Until now. Enter virtual fences. What started as a small group of farmers and engineers with a big idea has become Nofence, the world's first virtual fencing solution for livestock. A solar-powered GPS collar and an app let farmers set up, move, and manage grazing areas without physical fences. We work for farmers in Norway, Sweden, the UK and Ireland, Spain, and the US, and our content has to earn their trust: honest, useful, and grounded in real farming. About the team At Nofence, we are not your typical 9-to-5 gig. We are a dynamic scale-up, where dedication and innovation are the norm, offering great opportunities for your personal and professional growth. We are passionate about product development, animal welfare, farmer welfare and sustainable agriculture. We genuinely believe our grazing technology is the biggest technological change in agriculture since the tractor! Be part of a team that's always looking forward, where your ideas and creativity are not only welcomed but also essential to our mutual success! About the application Send your portfolio or showreel and a short note on why this role interests you. We would particularly like to see: Work spanning more than one craft: for example film plus motion, or 3D plus graphic design Content made for a specific platform, and what informed those choices Examples where one production fed multiple outputs Anything made inside a product or UX context Are you ready to change pasture? Just like the soil needs a balanced diversity of nutrients to thrive, a company needs a diversity of hearts and minds. We are an equal opportunity employer! We evaluate applications continuously and encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible.
