Gift Shop Manager

The Gift Shop Manager oversees all daily operations of the hospital gift shop, ensuring an inviting, efficient, and customer‑focused retail environment. This role is responsible for selecting, ordering, and maintaining merchandise across multiple product lines, as well as participating in buying activities to meet the needs of patients, visitors, and staff. The manager receives and processes all incoming merchandise, including unpacking, verifying shipments, pricing items, and maintaining appealing displays.
