Nimrod Vered is rewiring how enterprises apply AI to one of the most consequential decisions they make: how they pay their people. As CTO of Syndio, he leads engineering for the company that defined the pay equity market and is now pioneering Decision Intelligence for Pay. With over 30 years of engineering leadership, Nimrod served as Chief Engineering Officer at Zipwhip, where he scaled engineering through its $850M acquisition by Twilio. Earlier, he led the development of Workplace Analytics at Microsoft, building a career at the intersection of AI, people data, and modern engineering leadership.
