EmpowHER is Awin’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to empowering women in the workplace. With dedicated sub-groups like Women in Tech, a book club, a wellness community, mentoring, and more EmpowHER fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The group hosts events, discussions, and challenges to raise awareness of gender-specific issues and ensure women at Awin have the resources they need to succeed. EmpowHER's mission is clear: to remove barriers, amplify women’s voices, and create opportunities for growth. It also works alongside other ERGs to tackle shared challenges, making Awin a more inclusive and supportive workplace for all.
