As a Facilities Maintenance Planner that supports manufacturing and facility infrastructure at the Glasgow, DE Siemens Healthineers Site, you will be part of a team that works together to solve complex problems, install new equipment and support existing equipment to keep a world-class manufacturing site supplying the world with product.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with vendors to identify, specify and order necessary parts for maintenance and repair jobs.
  • Schedule maintenance (proactive, preventative, corrective) activities with vendors and coordinate planned downtime with impacted stakeholders.
  • Generate, complete and track work orders within SAP system.
  • Support equipment decommissioning and installs.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, comply with OSHA policies, and support safety initiatives.
  • Completing electronic logs and utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Reading and understanding of schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Track needed KPI’s for internal and external customers.
  • Working with cross functional teams providing project and process support as needed.

Physical & Work Environment

This role involves working across the Glasgow, Delaware site. You should be comfortable wearing proper PPE where required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with Lean business systems and methodologies such as TPM, 5S and Standard Work.
  • 3-5 Years experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with facility Infrastructure Equipment
  • Position will require occasional overtime and rotating on-call support

The base pay range for this position is

$71,180 - $97,878

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
