Internship for Commercial, PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad, Menara Berkembar PETRONAS, KL

The intern will support the International Business Department in activities related to market intelligence, business analysis, strategic planning, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research and analyse industry, market, and competitor trends relevant to PCG's international business activities.
2. Support the preparation of business performance reports, management presentations, and strategic planning materials.
3. Assist in monitoring business performance and identifying market opportunities and risks.
4. Participate in cross-functional engagements with commercial, finance, supply & distributions and other teams within PCG.
5. Play key role in process improvement and digitalisation initiatives by reviewing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing enhancement opportunities. Assist in developing and improving reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualisation solutions using Excel, Power BI, or other digital platforms.
6. Support automation and streamlining efforts to reduce manual reporting processes and improve data accuracy, accessibility, and decision-making efficiency.

The internship will provide exposure to international business operations, commercial decision-making, performance management, and continuous improvement practices within the country offices.
