Area Manager - Specification

A high performing, dynamic professional required for Specification activities in East.

• Consultant & Specifier Connect: Regularly meet with MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and end-users to promote the company's switchgear products, technical capabilities, and safety devices.
• Specification & Approvals: Ensure maximum number of product brand positioning with techno commercially suitable specification and makelist written into the official tender specifications and vendor approvals.
• Business Conversion: Ensure business conversion of specified projects by working closely with sales and Business Development team.

• Target Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum B.E. or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 6 to 12 years of experience (Specification, Sales, Business Development)
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of switchgear devices /Passive networking
• Soft Skills: High-level relationship management, technical presentation skills, Ownership Mindset
