Your role in our team As our new Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in launching Sphera in the market, working at the crossroad of Sales, R&D, and live customer operations. Due to high demand for our new 3D drone detection radar (Sphera), we are expanding our dedicated Demo & Hyper-Care task force. You will join a specialized team of experienced engineers collaborating on state-of-the-art radar and Command & Control (C2) technology. Expect a dynamic role with shifting priorities and 75–100 travel days per year. Direct hands-on work with market-leading 3D defense technology. A strong, collaborative culture with high peer support and a throughout onboarding. How you will make a meaningful contribution Your key responsibilities include: Execute high-impact radar demonstrations at customer sites as well as European exhibitions Drive on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of the Sphera radar system Ensure rapid issue resolution, system maintenance, and performance upgrades after installation Capture feedback and technical insights from the field and bring them back to R&D to help shape future product development Bring your world class expertise into play You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who possesses: A degree in engineering or a similar field or a background as an experienced technician with strong hands-on knowledge of radar solutions A customer mindset - you enjoy talking to customers and understanding their needs and putting it into context Experience with systems-of-systems, radar integrations, or technical customer-facing roles is a strong advantage As a person, you are a proactive and curious problem-solver who likes to understand how things work and find practical solutions. You are structured in your approach, but comfortable adapting when priorities change. You take initiative, stay focused on the result and enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues.
