Job Description eLearning Platform Management & Optimization Manage eLearning platforms (Epiplex, Coursera, Udemy, edX) based on Training Needs Identification (TNI). Monitor eLearning licenses and actively manage platforms for optimal utilization. Collaborate with vendors to maximize system usage and identify best practices for continuous improvement. Ensure learning objectives align with audience needs and e-learning materials meet those objectives. Curate and promote monthly e-learning catalogs tailored to various company levels. Create and manage a comprehensive MIS tracker to monitor online platform usage and disseminate insights to regions. Explore emerging online learning trends and integrate them into business practices. Track and assess training effectiveness, revising courses as necessary. Ensure successful implementation of all e-learning training programs. Stakeholder Support, Technical Assistance & Project Coordination Guide and educate employees on utilizing online platforms effectively. Train and assist other administrators in navigating and resolving queries related to online platforms. Partner with LMS administrators and IT to resolve technical issues related to web-based training courses. Manage multiple projects concurrently, monitoring progress, timelines, and deliverables.
