Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Job

We’re looking for licensed therapists in Missouri who are comfortable working independently and providing consistent care in a remote setting. We’re open to LMFT, LCSW, and LPC candidates. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule, an ongoing caseload, and the support of a clinical team when consultation is needed. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays on top of documentation, and takes a practical, thoughtful approach to client care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete assessments and identify areas to address in treatment
• Create and update treatment plans based on client needs
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches throughout care
• Keep progress notes and clinical records current
• Review client progress and make changes when needed

Requirements

• Active Missouri license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience in clinical therapy settings
• Ability to work full-time remotely
• Strong communication and documentation skills
