Charter Sales Coordinator

LIFE AS A GROUP CHARTER SALES COORDINATOR

• Working directly alongside a Team Leader within our Commercial Jets division, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex charter operations across Defence, Government, Resources and ad hoc sporting movements.
• For the first two years, this position will primarily support the Team Leader across aircraft sourcing, quoting, client administration, flight operations and post-flight management. This is a structured development role and will not initially involve independent selling or ownership of a personal client portfolio.
• The successful candidate will build strong operational knowledge and practical commercial experience, providing a clear pathway toward an independent sales role in the future.

 

• Good command in written and spoken English
• Deliver high quality of service
• Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
• Ambition, drive and self-motivation
• Friendly, personable and empathetic   
• Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as required
