The Event Marketing & Partnership Specialist is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and executing impactful online and offline activations to drive customer acquisition and strengthen brand awareness. This role leads a very small team to drive initiatives end-to-end, collaborates cross-functionally, and ensures effective execution aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute partnership and activation strategies, including barter, sponsorships, co-branding, loyalty programs, and membership initiatives.
  • Manage online and offline activations such as events, webinars, campus/community activations, and co-branded campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong networks with malls, offices, universities, and community partners.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and continuously improve execution processes.
  • Lead initiatives end-to-end: planning, negotiation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Define success metrics, monitor performance, and evaluate ROI for each activation and partnership.
  • Manage in-mall activations to support EF EFEKTA center coverage and brand visibility.
  • Ensure proper management of data, merchandise, marketing tools, storage, SPG, signage, contracts, taxes, and payment deadlines.
  • Create mutual value through exposure, lead generation, and revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Telemarketing, Sales, and Branch teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends as required.

Minium Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnerships, Marketing, Brand Activation, or Business Development.
  • Strong network across malls, event exhibitors, SPG agencies, universities, offices, and communities.
  • Flexible working hour, including weekend
  • Proven experience managing partnerships end-to-end.
  • Experience managing online and offline events or campaigns.
  • Proficient in webinar tools (e.g., Zoom) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and reporting.
  • Proactive, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in education, community marketing, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
