Major Deliverables

1. End to end transaction execution including Promoter assessment , Business model evaluation, Balance Sheet Analysis, Financial Modelling, Industry Research, Competitive landscape analysis, Preparation of Credit Memorandum for various transactions across sectors

• 2.Understanding criticalities of the transactions and assessment of credit risks for the transactions
• 3.Recommendations on specific credit covenants from risk mitigation perspective
• 4.Active liasioning with other internal teams as well as client teams during transaction execution
• 5.Assisting senior management during internal presentations
• 6.Assisting teams in ensuring compliances and timely disbursement
• 7.Portfolio Monitoring along with other teams
• 8.Manage internal as well as external portfolio audit requirements
• 9.Any other task which is relevant for the profile
• Educational Qualification - MBA or Post Graduation
