The role and your mission

We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMB team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bucharest. This position plays an important part in supporting account teams on complex initiatives and strengthening client relationships through high-quality project delivery and analysis. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will work closely with internal colleagues and client stakeholders to manage priorities, deliver insights, and support growth opportunities across the account.

We will count on you to

• Serve as the project manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts; implement action plans, monitor progress, assure service meets or exceeds expectations, and help protect the Firm from Errors & Omissions.
• Draft comprehensive client-facing project documents, including white papers, approaches, quantitative financial analyses, and presentations that support sales opportunities and account development.
• Conduct research on markets and industries to identify new growth areas, trends, and resources that can support internal expansion opportunities.
• Conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.
• Address escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner; manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks, and escalate major issues to senior colleagues when needed while ensuring compliance.
• Provide technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual understanding internally and externally.
• Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network, maintain market proximity, and represent the company.

What you need to have

• Experience supporting account teams, project delivery, client service, or related commercial operations in a complex environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into clear presentations and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
• Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and compliance.
