About The Role
- 岗位职责：
- 1．合理组织生产，在规定的时间内生产出满足客户需要的产品；
- 2．协助生产经理进行本部门的持续改善，不断提高生产效率和降低生产成本；
- 协助生产经理对各领班的工作进行跟进、协调和培养；
- 4．协助生产经理落实本部门的安全管理，保证有一个安全舒适的工作环境；
- 5．负责本部门的生产流程符合规定的要求并被执行；
- 6．负责本部门员工的操作符合SOP和质量及安全的要求；
- 7．协助生产经理和其它部门沟通协调，保证生产顺利进行；
- 8．负责本部门机器设备的保养和基本维护，保证机设备处于一个良好的状态；
- 9．协助生产经理执行公司的战略，负责两化融合项目中相关任务的具体实施。
- 完成上级领导临时交给的任务；
- 任职要求：
- 1、本科或以上学历，工科背景
- 2、1-3年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届生也考虑
- 3、熟悉Lean、6s、6西格码、SPC 和 FMEA
- 4、英语听说读写良好，能使用英语进行沟通
- 5、有较强的沟通协调能力，能持续改善，善于发现和解决问题，具有快速发现和解决问题的能力
- 6、能在压力下工作
