Process Operator II - Clean Line Operator - 2nd Shift at

About The Role

The Process Operator II troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.
This is a 2nd Shift Position. Hourly rate plus shift differential.

Operate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from components before and after the aluminum dip braze process.
Perform chemical film (iridite) treatments in accordance with military, aerospace, and customer specifications.
Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures while safely handling chemicals and processing equipment.
Inspect parts for cleanliness, surface condition, and coating quality to ensure compliance with production requirements.
Accurately record process data and support quality assurance and production documentation.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, aprons, goggles, and other safety gear, while following all chemical handling procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Interest in manufacturing, chemical processing, or aerospace production.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following established procedures.
Ability to work safely around chemicals and process equipment (training and PPE provided).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating with a production team.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work second shift.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibility.
