About The Role
A little bit about us
Looking for a role that makes a real impact—while still fitting into your routine? We deliver healthy, hot school meals to children across Ireland. We’re the country’s leading school meal provider, on a mission to help children build healthy habits for life.
We’re changing children’s lives, one lunch at a time. To keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’re looking for strong, reliable leaders who can support our teams and keep everything on track.
Bonus? You’re off when the schools are!
So, what’s the job?
We’re on the lookout for a Hub Supervisor —someone organised, proactive, and great with people, who can oversee multiple locations and support our operatives on the ground.
You’ll be making sure everything runs as it should across the hub. From checking standards to supporting your team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every lunch is heated, handled, and delivered correctly.
Think of yourself as the person who keeps the whole operation running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you like a bit of structure, here’s what you’ll be doing
- Overseeing operations across multiple Hot Drop locations
- Supporting and monitoring operatives to ensure tasks are completed correctly
- Making sure meals are heated and handled in line with HACCP guidelines
- Carrying out regular site visits and checks
- Reviewing temperature records and cleaning logs
- Ensuring schedules and cleaning routines are followed
- Monitoring stock levels and resolving shortages
- Acting as a key point of contact for operatives, providing support and guidance
- Identifying and escalating any issues quickly
- Supporting training and maintaining high standards across all sites
- Stepping in to cover operative duties when required
What we’re looking for
This role is all about people and organisation. You’ll be supporting teams across different locations, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, and confident in taking the lead.
You don’t need to have done this exact job before—but you do need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
You’ll be a great fit if you
- Are organised and good at keeping things running smoothly
- Are confident supporting and guiding others
- Have strong attention to detail
- Can spot issues early and act on them
- Stay calm under pressure and find solutions quickly
- Are happy to travel between locations
- Will I have to work all year long?
- No! Like our operatives, you’ll follow the school calendar—working approx. 183 days per year and off during school holidays, including summer.
- What benefits do I get?
- A supportive team, a role with real responsibility, and the chance to make a genuine impact on children’s daily lives.
