About The Role
- A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- 参与并 发、选择、评估供应商；
- 参与 供应商的业绩评估， 跟进改善措施落实 ；
- 商务谈判和条款的确认（价格、 付款周期 、交货期 … ） ；
- 协助运作部门解决所负责供方交付、质量问题 ；
- 物料和产品的成本结构分析，寻找和识别成本改善的机会，并组织和推动 所负责物料 成本下降项目的正常开展 ；
- 支持新产品的开发 ；
- 确保 公司相关的新的规定及政策 有效得到执行 ；
- 负责完成部门经理和主管安排 的临时任务 ；
- B. QUALIFICATIONS 任职条件
- Work experience
- 相关工作经验
- 5 年以上工作经验 ，3年以上采购管理或供应链管理相关工作经验
- Education b ackground, Competencies required , Certificates, Training
- 教育背景 , 对专业能力及相关证书、培训的要求
- 教育背景： 本 科以上学历
- 专业能力：
- 具备HVAC行业知识， 了解 商品市场和 HVAC 行业的供应商（本地、区域性的和全球的）
- 具备价格成本分析的 能力，能建立物料成本模型
- 具备 CPSM, PMP 认证优先
- Language/Computer/Working equipment/Software/Tool requirement
- 语言 / 电脑技能要求 / 工作设备 / 软件 / 工具要求
- 精通 采购 管理的工具 、 程序 和采购流程
- 2 .熟悉 合同法的商务和财务知识，采购条款和条件
- 3 .熟悉 工程更改流程和产品开发流程
- 4 .熟悉 ISO和EHS的要求
- 5 . 流利的中英文说写 能力
- 6 .熟悉ERP系统
