Ciklum is looking for a HR Partner to join our team full-time in Ukraine. About the role: Ciklum is looking for a professional and proactive HR Partner to join our team full-time in Ukraine. As part of the larger Ciklum family, you’ll collaborate with a talented group of HR Partners from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Our mission is to empower trusted partnerships across the organization to drive sustainable business growth by enabling comprehensive talent strategies and navigating Ciklumers in a changing environment. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive HR services to managers and teams, including onboarding, motivation and engagement programs, employee care, retention strategies, and talent development initiatives Coach managers on people-related matters, providing ongoing HR guidance to enhance workplace relationships, build morale, and improve productivity and retention Resolve complex employee relations issues and manage grievances effectively Support and enhance the existing performance evaluation processes Collaborate with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and overall business unit performance Provide tailored individual and team training/coaching as needed Lead and advise on the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, processes, and business improvement initiatives to support business growth Ensure compliance with both local and global HR procedures and policies Provide strategic input and personal support in the design and development of HR initiatives Requirements: 3+ years of experience in HR consulting or internal HR Proven experience in a multinational environment with strong cultural intelligence Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel) and their Google Workspace equivalents (Sheets, Slides) Passionate about working with people and fostering positive relationships Strong customer-centric mindset Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy Proficiency in English, for daily written and verbal communication What’s in it for you?
