JOB PURPOSE To lead a Commercial branch in driving and delivering exceptional business performance through the provision of excellent sales and service management, influential leadership, team development and the achievement of operational excellence. To achieve all operational and financial targets set by the bank and optimise the efficiency and productivity of staff and staffing structure at branch level. JOB CONTEXT The role implies to be customer, network minded with abilities to address/escalate issues to in order to ensure strong Commercial Bank relationships and high service quality. The incumbent is frequently requested to provide information reporting on local customer Commercial Bank Business
