Senior Patient Services Specialist - Physical

Under supervision this position is accountable for scheduling various types of patient appointments from simple office visits to complex procedures, securing appropriate patient account reimbursement by obtaining complex demographic, insurance, and medical information, identifying services requiring authorization for treatment and referral information. This may include coordinating schedules with multiple providers and other specialized resources.
