CCC Instructional Designer

Responsible for designing and developing engaging and impactful learning experiences in collaboration with key stakeholders and the CCC Training & Development team. Leverage adult learning principles in all phases of learning design to create high-quality blended learning solutions to be delivered in a variety of modalities to build capabilities in foundational, professional, and management skills for employees across the VITAS organization.
